The Measuring Process

Bust Measurement
Start with the bust size by measuring around the fullest part of the bust area. Start with the tape in the fullest part of the bust and then move it around to your back and back to the front. Don’t try to squeeze in the bust with the tape at all.

Underbust Measurement
Make sure to take a deep breath in and exhale then place the tape around your back and directly under the bust to measure where the bra band usually will sit.

Cup Dimensions
‘’1’’ (W) measuring the width of the bra cup
‘’2’’ (H) measuring the height of the bra cup

Waist Measurement
The front to back rise is measured by placing the tape at the back of your underwear (at your tail bone) and taking a measurement to the top of your underwear by passing the tape through your legs.

Hip Measurement
Pick out the largest area of your hips around your glutes and make sure that the tape was strung around the middle of your buttocks for accurate measurement.

Suit Line Measurement
Arrange the suit line of your bottoms to sit as high (or low) as you'd wear your bikini on stage (usually it is where your hip bones for bikini competitors / high waisted for figure competitors). Then place the measuring tape along the suit line and record the measurement.

Crotch Measurement
The front to back rise is measured by placing the tape at the back of your underwear (at your tail bone) and taking a measurement to the top of your underwear by passing the tape through your legs.
