FITNESS MOTIVATION TUESDAY!!!! Long post sorry…
If you ever think something is impossible…think again! I never thought at 48 years old I could feel in my 20’a again! Don’t let excuses get in your way. I did for so long. I’m a wife, a mother, I work, I homeschool, I cook, I clean, etc… So I made up every excuse why I didn’t have time to do anything. I actually felt guilty doing something for myself. Even more, as a wife and a mother I would focus on everyone else and put myself on the back burner. I thought this made me a great wife and great mother! Well I let myself go. I became unhappy with myself and felt undesirable to my husband no matter how many times he told me how beautiful I was. I was not a role model for my daughter on what healthy should look like. Now I realize that in order to be a good wife and good mother, I have to be a good “me”. Everyone has 30-60 min a day you can give to yourself! Do it!!!

Your worst enemy is you…get out of your own way. So STOP the excuses! Also Do it for you! You certainly deserve it
