  • 100 g of old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 60 g milk (I used almond milk)
  • 3 dried datesoptional:
  • 25 g flex seed meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
