My Beauties, before we going to jump into cooking process I need to make a confession right away … while forming these no bake energy balls I ate a half of mixture .) So make sure to leave something for your family)

No Bake Energy Balls Ingredients:
To make this no bake energy balls recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 100 g of old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 60 g milk (I used almond milk)
- 3 dried datesoptional:
- 25 g flex seed meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
How To Make Energy Balls:
To make these energy balls, simply…
1. Blend dried dates until smooth
2. Combine oats, peanut butter, ground flax seed, blended dates, honey, chia seeds, together in a bowl

add milk …

3. Roll into bowls

Enjoy immediately but try not to eat all in once !
